OOTD: Keeping It Neutral


Lately I’ve been drawn to a very specific colour palette, neutrals. Creams, whites, tans and pale pinks, there seems to be nothing more satisfying than seeing them all together. After deciding that beige and camel tones were definitely not for me considering that my skin tone resembles that of Casper the Friendly Ghost, I’ve found a lot of inspiration in putting together all cream and white outfits lately, with a touch of subtle shine or sparkle.

A few of my favourite pieces are the cream corduroy trousers (pictured above) which go with everything and have been a great alternative to white jeans – which I’m not so convinced on. I also love this Zara shirt (pictured above) which has a very subtle shine to it and is the most beautiful champagne colour, it has a very 80’s glam feel to it and is the perfect loose fit to tuck messily into jeans.
